Just in time for Halloween- our black and orange tutu is made from premium non scratchy tulle and is accented with a black and orange polka dot grosgrain ribbon. Add our "Happy Pumpkin" applique tee for a complete outfit. Pumpkin tee is not included with this tutu but may be ordered in a separate listing. Order by October 20th to receive before Halloween.

Tutu length recommendations:
6" long: very short layers, designed for babies
8" long: Short and perky- a perfect length for crawlers and petite little ones
10" long: Standard length for 1-2 years old
12" long: Princess length- more like a skirt with less perkiness

Waist size (elastic bands stretch 1-2"):
0-12m: 16" waist
12-24m: 17-18" waist
2/3T: 18-19" waist
4T and up: 20-21" waist
