Our tutu is made from layers and layers of non scratchy premium tulle. Accented with pink heart grosgrain ribbon. Tutu includes matching hair bow shown. Elastic waist stretches to grow with your child. You can choose your length (tutu in photo is 8" long)- please see our recommendations below. Great set for a Valentine's Day photo!

Tutu length recommendations:

6" long: very short layers, designed for babies
8" long: Short and perky- a perfect length for crawlers and petite little ones
10" long: Standard length for 2+ years old
12" long: Princess length- more like a skirt with less perkiness

Waist size (elastic bands stretch 1-2"):

0-12m: 16" waist
12-24m: 17-18" waist
2/3T: 18-19" waist
4T and up: 20-21" waist
