White cotton bloomers have elastic waist and eyelet trimmed ruffled leg openings. Hot pink/green embroidered number/name can be changed to match any of our birthday outfits. Just let us know your birthday colors. Please allow 1-2 week for your item to be monogrammed.

These baby bloomers are made of 65% polyester, 35% cotton batiste and have embroidered eyelet edging. Soft waist elastic and a bias cut seat.
