Sweet and simple and who doesn't love polka dots? White with black dot fabric trimmed in hot pink cotton ruffle. Our sample shows a 3 initial monogram in curls font. Bloomers or pantaloons are available for an additional charge. Dresses/bloomers are fully lined.  Add a matching grosgrain ribbon hair clip and ruffled socks. Please check our size chart before ordering as our custom outfits are not returnable for incorrect sizing. Please allow 2-3 weeks before shipping.
