Our 100% cotton bloomers are a great addition to our swing top dresses or monogrammed tees. Our bloomers are mid thigh length. Elastic waist with elastic cuffs. We have sewn grosgrain ribbon bows on each side. Our bloomer includes a large 4" initial in curlz font. We have many other solid color fabric/ribbon choices.
