| Custom birthday dresses and tutu sets ship approximately 3-4 weeks after purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS- unless it is a rush order! If you need the item sooner, you must select rush processing. While we strive to ship around the 3 week mark, this is not always possible due to volume of orders or availability of fabric/tees. Please read our important rush order policies. Due to the volume of birthday outfit orders, we are implementing a strict rush order policy effective Feb 1st, 2011. We will no longer make exceptions- it simply is not fair to all of our customers. Please add 4 weeks to today's date to determine if you need rush processing. Even if you write a deadline date, we will not honor it unless you request rush processing. Most rush orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Please allow a bit more time if you have several items requiring rush processing. Need a custom outfit quickly? We are happy to assist you! Our birthday and tutu outfits can be rushed for your upcoming deadlines. Since most of our orders involve monogramming or custom requests, we have implemented a rush policy to be fair to all of our customers. If you need an item by a certain date (usually within 3 weeks depending on item), we require a rush request in order to guarantee your item before your deadline. The rush request involves an additional fee beyond your item amount. What does this fee pay for? It does not include shipping, but does move your order to the front of the "line". Our seamstresses are not local and this rush fee often pays for the express shipping needed to have item arrive in our studio for monogramming. All custom items have to come to us for monogram/appliques before they can be shipped out to you. Our seamstresses simply sew the dresses--they do not monogram/add the cupcake design. If you need an item within 2 weeks, we strongly recommend an expedited shipping service such as fed ex or priority mail. Our free shipping option is 1st class USPS service (transit time is approx. 4-5 days with minimal tracking information). We cannot be responsible for shipping delays and trust that the most appropriate shipping method will be selected for time sensitive orders. If you choose to not select rush processing, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by your deadline date. Non rush request orders process in the order received regardless of deadline date indicated on order. FAQ's: How quickly can I have my rush order? We can usually accommodate rush tutu sets within 3 business days and outfits within 1 week. For most rush orders, we will ship within 10 business days unless deadline date is sooner. My deadline date is about 3 weeks away- do I really need to pay the rush fee? Due to the high volume of birthday orders we now receive, we are rarely able to ship orders out before 3 weeks. Please do not take a chance and count on your custom outfit shipping before 3 weeks! I need an outfit this week- what shipping method should I choose?
