The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through this web site. This includes all phone and in-store orders.
Our Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of most of our products, we only accept exchanges or store credit for returned items. We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All tags must be attached and the item may not show signs of wear. Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization number and further return instructions. Returns sent to us without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be sent back to sender. Custom and personalized items may not be returned unless defective. Please double check your personalization before ordering! We cannot be responsible for any customer errors on custom items such as ordering wrong colors, misspellings, or incorrect sizing. If you are ordering a custom and/or personalized item, please check our size chart prior to placing an order.
For our local store customers- we will gladly exchange an item for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please save your receipt! Items returned without a receipt will be credited at the current selling price. Sale and clearance items may not be returned. Sale items may be exchanged for different size only. If you have received a gift from our store, you may exchange for store credit only.
**RUSH AND/OR SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
We are honored to have been making these special items since 2006. We take great care in making the perfect item for your child's special day. We kindly ask that you take care in ordering the outfit. These items are each made by hand and are not mass produced. Due to this reason and difference in each of our seamstresses style, there may be slight variations fom product photo which may include a slightly different candle, different amount of polka dots inside cupcake, slight ribbon width variation, or bow placement. Fabrics and style will always remain as pictured. Your computer resolution may be slightly different that ours. Colors may appear different. We will not return outfits due to slight variations in color. Our most popular colors are pink and blue- please see our descriptions below.
Light pink= pastel
Candy or bubblegum pink= medium pink like a lighter hot pink, NOT pastel in any way
Hot pink=darkest pink, almost fuchsia.
Light blue= pastel baby blue
Blue= medium blue, like the sky or a shade darker
Royal blue= dark blue like the ocean
Navy= darkest blue, almost black
Still not sure? Please call us for a swatch. We will absolutely NOT return items due to the color being not as expected.
We use standard embroidery fonts. We will contact you if we feel the font chosen will not represent the name well. We will send a file of the font you chose upon request. We cannot be held responsible if you do not like the way a particular font or letter looks when stitched out on outfit.
Size- very important to measure you child! Do not assume the correct size. These outfits are custom made and non-returnable so please make sure you order the proper size. Please see our size charts to find important size infomation or call us- we are happy to assist with finding the right fit. We recommend choosing the size that fits now- do not order up unless you child is on the edge of the size chart. A too big outfit will be baggy and not look good in photos. No returns on incorrect size outfits. We will only offer a replacement outfit if item is defective in some way.
We love to give out coupons to our customers! Join our facebook page as this is where we post daily promotions and sales. If you find a valid coupon, you may only use 1 per order. If you try to use more than one, you will receive error messages and checkout problems. We will only honor one coupon per order. We cannot credit your credit card for a coupon after you have checked out. Please make sure you have entered your coupon before checking out (or simply call us if you experience problems). Coupons must be entered BEFORE checkout and are not retroactive after the order is placed.
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct or delivery delays could occur. Please confirm that you are using a valid email address. We continue to have problems with incorrect emails. We use the email given to send order updates including shipping information. Your email is only used for order details- we never use your email for any purpose other than pertinent order info. If you select fed ex as a shipping method, please give a valid delivery phone number. Fed ex uses this number for any delivery question or problems and if you do not supply a valid phone number, your order could be delayed or returned. This phone number is not used for any other purpose so please supply it with your order.
Since most of our orders involve monogramming or custom requests, we have implemented a rush policy to be fair to all of our customers. If you need an item by a certain date (usually within 3 weeks depending on item), we require a rush request in order to guarantee your item before your deadline. The rush request involves an additional fee beyond your item amount. What does this fee pay for? It does not include shipping, but does move your order to the front of the "line". If you need an item within 2 weeks, we strongly recommend an expedited shipping service such as fed ex or priority mail. Our free shipping option is 1st class USPS service (transit time is approx. 4-5 days with minimal tracking information). We cannot be responsible for shipping delays and trust that the most appropriate shipping method will be selected for time sensitive orders. If you choose to not select rush processing, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by your deadline date. Non rush request orders process in the order received regardless of deadline date indicated on order.
In the rare possibility your order is not received before your deadline date due to shipping carrier delays/mishandling or issues with international customs, we will not offer refunds. Refused packages will incur a 20% restocking fee (as we simply cannot resell custom items) and buyer is responsible for all assessed return delivery fees. Any original rush/shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are happy to take your phone order with the following provisions.
1. All order details will be emailed to you and we must receive a confirmation before your order will be processed. You need to confirm all pertinent details including size, monogramming, colors and shipping info is correct.
2. If you supply us with a credit card/billing address that is not your own, we will verify details before processing your order
We take chargebacks VERY seriously and will refute all chargeback claims. Your credit card statement will show "AVANNABELBAB" . Your credit card is charged at time of purchase. Our seamstresses require payment before starting your custom order. If you file a chargeback and we win, you will be assessed a $30 fee. If you are unclear on any policy, please contact us.

These guidelines are put into place to protect both you, the consumer and our small business. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our above policies.
